Luxury home management
We perform regular housekeeping visits to your property to ensure everything is secure, tidy and fresh. We also allocate you a dedicated property manager who will get to know your property, and who you can contact any time you have a query or request.
Our trained housekeeping personnel can also perform homecoming visits when you’re due to arrive in London after being away. You’ll find your home exactly as you want it: clean and warm, with working Wi-Fi—and with fresh flowers on the table, if you desire.
We also perform bespoke maintenance checks to ensure your appliances, equipment and furnishings are in perfect working order. And if you want to make changes to your luxury property, our in-house maintenance team can undertake refurbishment and renovation projects. We also provide vacant property management services if you decide to turn your luxury property into an investment.

As your property manager, we can handle all these tasks for you. From recruiting and managing staff to directing them on day-to-day activities, we do all the time-consuming work on your behalf.
When we start managing your property, we commence with a comprehensive evaluation of your home. This allows us to get to know the property and gain a rich understanding of your preferences.
Using up to date technology, we then record all of your preferences with visual guides to aid our staff. That means that even if one of our team members is away on leave, we can still provide the consistent housekeeping service you are accustomed to.
We have our own in-house maintenance and housekeeping professionals, which means we don’t hire staff from cleaning agencies.
In the event that we need to hire an outside skilled specialist, like a plumber, electrician or heating engineer, we only use trusted, vetted suppliers. In addition, we proactively check that their certifications are valid and up-to-date, ensuring the high-quality service you expect.
In the event that we have to bring in an outside supplier, we will also send a member of our team (usually your property manager) to your property during their visit.
