To ensure we understand and meet your needs, we assign a member of our experienced team as your permanent property manager. This person will be your first point of contact when you need assistance and will pay close attention to your needs and preferences.

In addition, we use tablet devices with custom software to record all of your preferences for housekeeping and maintenance. Our personnel references the full details during each visit to check that your requirements have been met precisely—from the position of individual plant pots to the temperature of your pool.

With this system in place, we can also ensure a consistent and seamless service, even if a member of our housekeeping or maintenance teams goes on leave.

Our headquarters is in the WC1 area of central London. However, we also have local teams in and around the locations we serve. Our local personnel are well-acquainted with areas like the Wentworth Estate and St. George’s Hill and are able to respond in minutes following an urgent request.

The London Management Company has a variety of management offerings for luxury, prime, and super-prime residential properties in London and Surrey, but at this time, we do not offer rental property services or liaise with managing agents, tenants, or landlords.

Our managers can, however, arrange for any maintenance or building work to be done on your property to prepare it for a valuation before listing it on the rental market.
