David Aylward MEng CA is the Financial Officer of The London Management Company, David’s role involves providing financial insight in to the business’s dealings as well as providing due diligence and investment management.

Prior to joining HB Real Estate David worked at the British Land Company Plc where he was involved in the structuring, financial/corporate due diligence and negotiations for over £900m of transaction. David started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he trained as a Chartered Account in London. Once qualified he joined a Private Equity Placement Agent that focused on raising capital for European mid market funds from European Institutional Investors and family offices.

Deepak Jalan is Hamilton Bradshaw’s lead financial advisor and advises The London Management Company team and board. He provides essential insight and advice on all large scale commercial agreements, negotiations, financing and fund raising, due diligence and legalities. Deepak earned an MBA in Finance from the London Business School prior to joining Hamilton Bradshaw in 2004. A Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Management Accountant (ACMA). Deepak came from Unilever, where he held a number of commercial accounting and finance roles.

Chung Hau qualified as a solicitor in 2005 before moving to Fladgate LLP. He spent 5 years in the corporate department advising on a range of private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He has advised a wide range of companies operating in a diverse range of industries, including numerous recruitment businesses. Chung joined Hamilton Bradshaw as Legal Counsel in 2011.
